Roger Clough has worked to raise student success and graduation rates in the Massena Central School District over the last 5 years. Recently the U .S. News & World Report just ranked Massena High School in the top five percent of US high schools. These results are what Roger Clough strives toward.

Roger Clough is a respected member of his community, not only for the dedication that he shows to its students every day, but also for what he does outside of the school system. Roger Clough is an active member of several organizations in the community, many of whom work to help children and youth. Roger Clough participates in organizations including the Juvenile Reform Committee and the Safe and Drug Free Advisory Board. Roger Clough has also served as a youth soccer and basketball coach.
